As I promise a long time ago, I finally brought you a post talking about tunics. Maybe I’m late with this trend or I’m having perfect timing for those who are about to go into spring. Either way, this is so easy to recreate whether you live in an eternal summer or changing weathers. Layering is kind of difficult to achieve as temperatures rise but pieces like this one make it way easier. I’m still not sure if it is a dress or a tunic but I do know I can wear it both ways. Three ways you can spice up pieces like this one are:
Leave one shoulder out.
I slightly pull down one of the sides of the tunic so it wouldn’t look matronly on the top. It felt too serious if I wore it just as it is so letting my lace bra play peekaboo was the best choice.
Only close one or two buttons.
Wear it with high waist jeans so you can close the least amount of buttons. Put on the strap it comes with or a belt to cinched your waist in and give it form. Everything will stay in place and your body won’t lose its shape.
Wear it with heels.
I love wearing flats but there are some cases where a heel is needed. Heels elongate your legs and most of the time (at least in my case) improves your posture. These two things mix are equal to a sexier look.
You can use one or all of the above tips to make your tunic more playful. It all depends how much you feel comfortable exposing!

Como les prometí hace mucho tiempo, finalmente les traje un post hablando de túnicas. Tal vez estoy tarde con esta tendencia o es el momento perfecto para aquellos que van a entrar en la primavera. Sin importar lo anterior, este es un look que es fácil de recrear tanto para los que viven en un verano eterno o sufren climas cambiantes. Vestirse en capas puede ser difícil de lograr a medida que aumentan las temperaturas, pero piezas como esta lo hacen mucho más fácil. Todavía no estoy segura de si es un vestido o una túnica, pero sé que puedo usarlo de ambas maneras. Tres formas en que puedes hacer piezas como estas mas divertidas son:
Deja un hombro afuera.
Baja ligeramente uno de los lados para que no se vea muy cerrada la parte de arriba. Se sentía demasiado serio si lo usaba así, por lo que dejar que mi bra de encaje se viera un poco fue la mejor opción.
Solo cierra uno o dos botones.
Úsalo con unos jeans high waist para que puedas cerrar la menor cantidad de botones. Ponte la correa con la que viene o un cinturón para ajustar su cintura y darle forma. Todo permanecerá en su lugar y tu cuerpo no perderá su forma.
Úsalo con tacones.
Me encantan los zapatos planos, pero hay algunos casos en los que se necesita usar tacones. Estos alargan tus piernas y la mayor parte del tiempo (al menos en mi caso) mejora tu postura. Estas dos cosas mezcladas son equivalentes a un look mas sexy.
Puedes emplear uno o todos los consejos anteriores para actualizar tu túnica. ¡Todo depende de cuánto quieras exponer!
