I use to think that the work attire during winter would consist in a bunch of dark layers, leaving all sense of style behind. Even though I am not currently working I began to think on how I could mix in knits into a stylish work outfit. Achieving this was easier than I thought. By taking a pencil skirt, a staple we all have in our closets, and a simple knit top I was able to get a structure yet classy outfit. A classic pair of pumps gave the finishing touch. As you can see its all about balance – a body hugging piece with a loose one will always produce amazing results.

Cuando pensaba en un outfit de trabajo para el invierno, me imaginaba un pocotón de capas que dejaban en el olvido cualquier sentido del estilo. A pesar de que no estoy trabajando empecé a pensar como podría combinar piezas tejidas en un outfit para el ambiente laboral. Lograr esto fue mas fácil de lo que pensaba. Elegí una falda corte lápiz, un estilo que todas tenemos en nuestro closet, y lo mezcle con un top tejido para obtener un outfit clásico y estructurado. Un par sencillo de pumps le dio el toque final. Como pueden ver se trata de hacer un balance entre piezas ajustadas y sueltas. Esta es una combinación que siempre te brindara excelente resultados!
