Best Sunblock for dark skin (and every skin tone)

Finding the perfect sunblock can be a hard job. Many of them make me look ashy, greasy, or all of the above. No one likes ashy or greasy skin, especially if you will be wearing makeup. It has not been easy, but I can finally say I have found 3 brands that do the job and work perfectly on darker skin tones. All of them have been in rotation for a year or more. Today I tell you about them!

I have been going to the dermatologist for almost 15 years now and this has been the sunblock she has always recommended. I have seen many other dermatologists recommend it too. One of the main reasons is that this product is perfect for sensitive and sun intolerant skin. What I like the most is its consistency. It doesn’t feel heavy at all. On the contrary, it is very lightweight. When you apply it, a few drops will give you full coverage. It is perfect for a day-to-day use and most importantly: it won’t make you look ashy!

This sunblock line came out last year in Panama and I began using it ever since. It has a thicker consistency but it doesn’t feel heavy. This line is perfect for sensitive combination and oily skin. One of the things I like the most is that it is a tinted sunblock. Whether you have a light skin tone or darker skin tone, this product will blend perfectly. It has antioxidants, which are great for your skin. If you have combination or oily skin this will work perfectly for you. I like using it on a day to day basis as well as to the beach since it is water-resistant and it will be a way of adding a little color without using makeup.

The first two products were strictly sunblock. This third one offers you more. Besides having SPF of 40, the Slow Age line promises to help prevent and correct the damage caused by external aggressors such as pollution and UV. It has a liquid consistency but it applies matte. You won’t feel greasy or dewy. If you are looking for a product that will do more than protect you from the sun, this might be it.

Protección: UVB + UVA

He estado yendo al dermatólogo durante casi 15 años y este ha sido el protector solar que siempre ha recomendado. He visto que muchos otros dermatólogos también lo recomiendan. Una de las razones principales es que este producto es perfecto para pieles sensibles e intolerantes al sol. Lo que más me gusta es su consistencia. No se siente pesado en lo absoluto. Por el contrario, es muy ligero. Cuando lo aplique, unas pocas gotas te brindarán una cobertura total. Es perfecto para el uso diario y lo más importante: ¡no te hará lucir ceniza!

Protección: UVB + UVA

Esta línea de bloqueador solar salió el año pasado en Panamá y comencé a usarla desde aquel entonces. Tiene una consistencia más gruesa pero no se siente pesada. Esta línea es perfecta para pieles sensibles y mixtas. Una de las cosas que más me gustan es que es un bloqueador solar con color. Ya sea que tenga un tono de piel claro o un tono de piel más oscuro, este producto se combinará perfectamente. Tiene antioxidantes, que son excelentes para tu piel. Si tienes piel mixta o grasa, esto te funcionará a la perfección. Me gusta usarlo en mi día a día, así como en la playa, ya que es resistente al agua y será una forma de agregar un poco de color sin usar maquillaje.

Protección de nuevo UVB + UVA

Los dos primeros productos fueron estrictamente bloqueadores solares. Este tercero te ofrece más. Además de tener un SPF de 40, la línea Slow Age promete ayudar a prevenir y corregir el daño causado por agresores externos como la contaminación y los rayos UV. Tiene una consistencia líquida pero se aplica mate. No te sentirás grasiento ni húmedo. Si estás buscando un producto que haga más que protegerte del sol, este es una excelente opción.
