When I was getting the workout clothes photos taken as well as these bathing suits ones, I couldn’t stop thinking about the past. Years ago you wouldn’t have caught me dead in a bikini. I had so many insecurities that I didn’t think any of them look good on me. Now I’m sharing myself with the world. The girl full of insecurities is still there but I have learned several things with time. Before continuing, remember that feeling good is something that comes from the inside out. Once you feel good about who you are as a person, everything else will fall into place. What other things have I learned with time?
Know your body
Knowing your body will help you identify what type of bathing suit is best for you. Instead of taking hours searching for one you feel comfortable in, you will know right away.
Always look for bathing suits made of a good fabric
It is possible to get affordable bathing suits that are of a good quality. The fabric can make a huge difference when it comes to the fit. A good fabric, one you feel comfortable in, will help you look your best.
What do you feel comfortable showing?
There are some parts we all feel good exposing and others that we want to keep to ourselves. Recognize which features fall into each category so you can take full advantage of the ones you feel comfortable showing off.
Don’t be afraid to try something new
A lot of times we stick to what we know and don’t get out of our comfort zone. The best things are usually out of it. We can discover something new that we didn’t think would fit our body type and end up looking the best ever!
Believe in your self
The first person that has to believe you look incredible is YOU. Once you believe it you will be able to show it.
Wearing a bathing suit can be a bit intimidating but once we feel comfortable with ourselves it won’t be so!

Cuando estaba haciendo las fotos de la ropa para hacer ejercicio y la de los vestidos de baño, no podía dejar de pensar en el pasado. Hace algunos años jamás hubiese posteado una foto en vestido de baño. Tenía tantas inseguridades, que creía que ninguno se veía bien en mi. Ahora posteo todo tipo de foto. La niña llena de inseguridades todavía está ahí, pero he aprendido varias cosas con el pasar del tiempo. Antes de continuar, recuerda que sentirse bien es algo que viene de adentro hacia afuera. Una vez te sientas bien acerca de quién eres como persona, todo lo demás encajará en su lugar. ¿Qué otras cosas he aprendido con el tiempo?
Conoce tu cuerpo
Conocer tu cuerpo te ayudará a identificar qué tipo de vestido de baño te conviene. En lugar de tomar horas buscando uno en el que te sientas cómoda, lo podrás saber de inmediato.
Siempre elige trajes de baño de buen material
Es posible conseguir vestidos de baño de buena calidad a un buen precio. La tela puede hacer una gran diferencia en lo que respecta al fit. Una buena tela, en la que te sientas cómoda, te ayudará a verte excelente.
¿Qué te sientes cómoda enseñando?
Hay algunas partes que todos nos sentimos bien exponer y otras que queremos guardar para nosotros mismos. Reconoce qué características se incluyen en cada categoría para que puedas aprovechar al máximo las que te sientes cómoda enseñando.
No tengas miedo de probar algo nuevo
Muchas veces nos atenemos a lo que sabemos y no salimos de nuestra zona de confort. Las mejores cosas generalmente están fuera de ella. Recuerda que al probar cosas nuevas puedes terminar descubriendo algo que se te ve excelentemente bien!
Cree en ti mismo
La primera persona que tiene que creer que te ves increíble eres TÚ. Una vez que lo creas, podrás demostrárselo al mundo!
Usar un traje de baño puede ser un poco intimidante, pero una vez que nos sintamos cómodos con nosotros mismos, ¡no será así!
