The 5 most Versatile Business Casual Pieces

Like many of my posts, this one was inspired by one of my friends. One day we went out for drinks and she told me that most of the pieces in her closet were perfect for work but not for going out. She was surprised when I told her the top I had that day was actually a wrap top (kind of like the one in this post) that I tied on the front. Like this piece, there are many other office appropriate pieces that can be worn on other occasions. Here I talk about 5 of the most versatile business casual pieces and in this video I show you how to style them.

Wrap Shirt

It will all be up to how you tied it. In this post, I only bring you two options but you can get creative. Tied it on the back or layer it up. You will get a lot of options that will work the whole year.

High Waist Trousers

There is no doubt this is one of my favorite pieces. If you have been following me for a while you probably noticed how versatile it is. A wide leg, high waist trouser will not only make you look elegant but will also help you look taller.

Blazer

A must have. As I mentioned in this post it can easily be dressed up or down. It will give you a sense of power no other piece can provide. Wear only a lace bra underneath for a sexy outfit.

Button Up Shirt

You should have more than one for work. It can be styled with a blazer, high waist trousers or a pencil skirt. It is truly a useful classic. Lately, people have reinvented how they wear it when going out, giving this classic piece a modern touch.

Ruffle top

As mentioned in this post this is one of the trends from last year that will be big in 2018. Even though is a more formal option, I like how it looks styled with denim shorts. It is an easy way to dress them up.

Este post, al igual que muchos otros fue inspirado por unas de mis amigas. Un día ella me comentó que la mayoría de las piezas de su armario eran perfectas para el trabajo pero no para salir. Ella se sorprendió cuando le dije que mi top era en realidad un wrap top (parecido al de este post) solo que lo amarre de una forma diferente. Al igual que esta pieza, hay muchas otras piezas que las puedes usar para trabajar al igual que en otras ocasiones. Hoy les hablaré de 5 de ellos y de cómo le pueden sacar provecho.

Wrap top

Todo dependerá de cómo lo amarres. Hoy solo les traigo dos opciones, pero puedes sacar tu creatividad a relucir. Puedes amarrarlo atrás o usarlo encima de otro top como un cuello tortuga. Tendrás una infinidad de opciones que funcionarán en cualquier época del año.

Pantalones high-waist

No hay duda de que esta es una de mis piezas favoritas. Si me has estado siguiendo ya desde hace un tiempo, probablemente hayas notado lo versátil que es. Un pantalón de pierna ancha y cintura alta no solo te hará lucir elegante sino que también te ayudará a lucir más alta.

Blazer

Es un must-have Como mencioné en este post, puede usarse en diferentes formas. Te dará una sensación de poder que ninguna otra pieza puede proporcionar. Para un look sexy usa solo un bra de encaje debajo de él.

Camisa

Deberías tener más de una. Se puede combinar con un blazer, un pantalón high-waist o una falda lápiz. Es un clásico que será sumamente útil. Últimamente, se ha popularizado usarlo en distintas formas, dando a esta pieza clásica un toque moderno.

Top con vuelos

Como se menciona en esta publicación, esta es una de las tendencias del año pasado que será grande en 2018. Aunque es una opción más formal, me gusta cómo se ve el estilo con unos shorts de jeans. Es una manera fácil de hacerlos ver un poco mas formales.
