I’m back in the tropics and that comes with a lot of advantages when it comes to getting dress. I have to admit that for a while there I was a little sad about leaving the U.S. It was harder mid-October when the leaves change from dark green to brown. It is one of the most beautiful things I was able to experience last year that I’m sure a lot of people take for granted. Besides that, the weather was as I like it which is chilly, not freezing. On the bright side, Panama isn’t that bad either. I can wear whatever I want. That means not putting away my summer dresses during winter and taking full advantage of the end of summer sales from the north. Wearing a long coat or over the knee boots is an instant formula for an elegant look, but that same result can be achieved with a maxi dress like this one. Even when they are worn with sandals, the right accessories can give you an elegant and timeless look. Estoy de vuelta en el trópico y eso trae consigo muchas ventajas a la hora de vestirse. Tengo que admitir que por un tiempo me sentí un poco triste por haberme ido de los Estados Unidos. A mediados de octubre, las hojas cambiaron de verde oscuro a café. Es una de las cosas más bellas que pude experimentar el año pasado y estoy segura que muchas personas lo dan por sentado. Además de eso, el clima era como me gusta, que es frío, no helado. Panamá no está tan mal. Puedo usar lo que quiera cuando quiera. Eso significa no guardar mis vestidos de verano durante el invierno y aprovechar al máximo las ventas al final del verano desde el norte. Usar un abrigo largo o botas sobre la rodilla es una fórmula instantánea para un look elegante, pero ese mismo resultado se puede lograr con un vestido largo como este. Incluso cuando se usan con sandalias, los accesorios adecuados pueden darle un aspecto elegante y atemporal. Si está planeando un viaje a un destino con clima cálido, ¡un maxi vestido es must have en tu maleta!
