One thing I really miss from my time in NY is being able to use layers and knits. There is something cool about having to change your wardrobe according to the season. Here in Panama we only have two – winter (mostly heavy rains) and summer. For me is more like summer/winter all year long. This only allows us to use summer friendly clothing throughout the year. I first saw this top online and I knew it was a Panama friendly knit. Although it looks like its made of a heavy fabric, its sleeveless and lose design makes it perfect for our changing weather. Styled with shorts and ankle boots gave me a tropics friendly knit outfit!

Si hay algo que extraño del tiempo que pase en Nueva York es poder usar capas de ropa y tops tejidos. Me encanta la idea de poder cambiar tu guardarropa de acuerdo a la temporada. En Panamá solo tenemos dos – invierno (mucha lluvia) y verano, pero en mi opinión es mas bien invierno/verano todo el año. Esto solo nos deja como opción ropa veraniega todo el tiempo. Este top lo vi por primera vez online y supe que iba a ser un tejido perfecto para el clima de Panamá. Aunque la tela parezca pesada, su diseño lo hace ideal para nuestro cambiante clima. Combinado con unos shorts y estos botines quedo perfecto para calor panameño!
