For these upcoming festivities I will bring you a series of special collaborations with the amazing Panamanian Vlogger Carla Calvo. She has a YouTube channel where she gives incredible makeup tutorials!
In this first post we decided to do a day to night makeup and outfit inspiration. A lot of holiday parties are right around the corner and most of them will probably be during the week. This means we will be running from the office to an event most of the time. The best option for this situation will be the little black dress! The LBD is a MUST in all of our closets. It serves as a blank canvas. For the office outfit I wanted to do something different to the classic blazer option. A shawl is the perfect choice, since it provides the coverage that you may need to make it work appropriate. The accessories were simple pearl earrings and necklace and nude pumps. Regarding the makeup Carla opted for light tones, which are perfect for work.
Taking the LBD to the night is a simple task. I changed the accessories as well as the shoes. Flashier accessories are perfect for the nighttime. The makeup had the biggest change. Carla vamp up my eyes with a smoky look and the lips went from a light pink to a bright red lipstick.
Small changes in your accessories and makeup will make the transition from day to night easy and will leave you looking amazing!!

Para estas fiestas de fin de año les estaré trayendo una serie especial en colaboración con la increíble vlogger panameña Carla Calvo. Ella tiene un canal de YouTube en el cual nos trae los mejores tutoriales de maquillaje.
En esta primera ocasión decidimos hacer un maquillaje y outfit que pudiera ser llevado de día a noche. Muchas de las fiestas de fin de año son realizadas durante la semana y esto significa que probablemente estaremos corriendo de la oficina a algún evento. La mejor opción en este tipo de situaciones es un vestido negro. Este es una pieza fundamental ya que son como un lienzo en blanco. Para la oficina quería hacer algo que no incluyera el clásico blazer. Me decidí por un chal, el cual es una opción perfecta ya que les da la cobertura que necesitan para que el vestido sea apropiado para la oficina. Los accesorios fueron unos aretes y collares de perlas y unas pumps en un tono nude. Para el maquillaje Carla utilizó tonos mas claros, lo cual es perfecto para la oficina.
Llevar este vestido para un look mas nocturno es fácil. Cambie los accesorios y los zapatos. Accesorios mas llamativos son excelentes para la noche. El maquillaje sufrió el cambió mas dramático. El maquillaje de ojos se convirtió en un smokie eye con tonos oscuros y a los labios se les puso un rojo vibrante.
Como ven con cambios rápidos de accesorios y maquillaje podemos obtener un look que va de día a noche y con el cual se verán increíbles!
