Hello guys!
This past week we had two new destinations: London and Milan! For this two fashion weeks I cannot say there was a prevailing tendency. The inspiration for the designers went from one extreme to another. From the folklore of Europeans countries (Mary Katrantzou) to 80s inspired prints (Christopher Kane). One thing that they all had in common was color. Vibrant, sparkly color filled the runways of London and Milan. I was craving the sleek, well structure pieces that a lot of designers presented and are excellent for an edgy night look as well as the flowy pieces, full of movement – excellent for this tropical weather. I leave you below some of my favorite pieces.

Hola chicos!
Esta semana tenemos dos nuevos destinos: Londres y Milán! A diferencia del NYFW, las pasarelas de Londres y Milán no tuvieron una tendencia dominante. Las fuentes de inspiración de los diseñadores fueron desde el folclore de los pueblos europeos (Mary Katrantzou) hasta prints bien ochenteros (Christopher Kane). Si hay algo que fue similar en casi todas las pasarelas es que estaban llenas de color, ya que pudimos ver colores vibrantes, neones y abrillantados lo cual me encanto. Las piezas que mas me llamaron la atención fueron las que tenían cortes rectos y estructuras bien definidas, excelentes para un look de noche bien edgy, al igual que las que por el contrario tenían mucho movimiento que me recordaron a la fluidez del ballet y la danza moderna. Estas últimas me encantan aún mas porque serían súper útiles en este clima tropical. A continuación les dejos mis looks favoritos!
